March 16 to ask that the “sham and fabricated” charges filed by the
military against him be dropped.

“I
entrust myself to the wisdom and justice of the Supreme Court,” Ocampo
said. Oral arguments on his petitions for certiorari on the Leyte court's
decision charging him with multiple murder and Temporary Restraining
