ALL’S WELL WITH THE WORLD? 

The man on the pavement by the Session Road in Baguio looks “dead” - but is actually only dead drunk. Just a step away, the man in coat keeps his hands in his pockets, apparently having no intention of lifting them to help the fellow out, even as behind him a large sign preaches love and proclaims “Baguio, the City of God.” The old man unwittingly makes himself a symbol of the many who go about their ordinary business everyday as if all’s well with the world, unmindful of the trouble around them.
