DAVAO CITY– Peace advocates in Mindanao worry that only one of the four annexes contained in the Framework Agreement on the Bangsamoro was signed by the GPH and the MILF panels.
On Thursday in Davao City, they called for the resumption of the peace talks and the signing of the annexes as there are only 1,000 days left before the FAB’s deadline.
