Salungguhit: Unreasonable oil price increases

With the way speculators and giant oil companies have been playing with oil prices, one could not help but be incensed. Why would oil prices rise when there has been no supply shock nor an increase in costs of producing oil? The sharp increases in pump prices have been dealing speculators and oil companies, and even the government, a jackpot often. What is infuriating is that these jackpots are being paid for by us ordinary citizens.
