BAGUIO CITY — KM.5 Asin Rd. Barangay residents cross tons of garbage that cascaded from the Irisan dumpsite after it’s multi-million retaining wall gave way at the height of typhoon “Mina.” Residents as well as victims of the first-ever trash-slide in this tourism city are awaiting justice to be served in the midst of several questions why the garbage problem remains unsolved despite releases of millions of public funds.
