SONA 2010: Human Rights in the Philippines



Karapatan secretary-general Marie Hilao-Enriquez talks about the human-rights situation in the Philippines and how President Benigno S. Aquino III should deal with it. Enriquez was the first guest in a series of panel discussions, hosted by Kodao Productions’ Raymund Villanueva and Bulatlat.com’s Benjie Oliveros, on the key issues that progressive groups say President Aquino should address. The forum was part of the coverage of Bulatlat.com and Kodao Productions of Aquino’s first State of the Nation Address.
