Let us teach the communities all the preparations for the various types of hazards and calamities that may come. Our country is at a very high risk to earthquakes,typhoons, droughts, SLR, flooding, etc.. we must be one in teaching our most vulnerable communities because HELP cannot always be at their side when these hazards come. Indeed preparedness will save their lives….
