		<description>The role of the US is not lost on this massacre.  We must ask, who trained the Philippine military, who then trained the para-mailiaries?  Who supplies the Philippine military with guns and weapons, who then supply the para-militaries?  Who benefits from using the Philippines as its springboard of military power in the region?  Who declared the Philippines the &quot;Second front in the war on terror&quot;, used by the US congress to continue military aid and training to the AFP?    It is not hard to connect the dots, and they lead right back to the source, the US government. </description>
