In this video, former general Jovito Palparan and ANAD party list Rep. Pastor Alcover question the credibility and integrity of Commission on Human Rights chairman Leila de Lima, insinuating that de Lima is partisan because of her relationship with the wife of communist leader Jose Maria Sison. But de Lima refused to be cowed, asking Alcover if this was part of his “psy-war.”
