    Ho ironic, JOVITO PALPARAN, the man with lots of human rights violation cases ay nasa kongreso na ngayon. surprised? hindi, eh naging consultant nga siya sa DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE eh. come to think of it, bagay si palparan sa kongreso. kasama ng mga buwaya, kurakot at kapwa niya berdugo!!!
