Serving Several Generations. Village councilman Mike Bonnol of Tadiangan, Tuba, Benguet washes his hand at a faucet which connects to a spring that gives out clear water in his village. At a time when water resources even in the Cordilleras are getting polluted, this spring is one of the rare bodies still giving out clear water. It has been serving several generations, as even Bonnol’s forebears used to get water from this spring as early as World War II.
