Puto Bumbong in Baguio Traditionally found near churches in the Tagalog regions, this steamed delicacy is now a part of Baguio City’s Simbang Gabi or Misa de Gallo, the midnight masses celebrated for each of the nine days before Christmas in the Philippines.
